GROUP TRAINING / CLASSES
Animal Flow
Animal Flow focuses on training balance, strength and movement with progressive and adaptable exercises which leads to more intuitive and intelligent muscles, giving you significant health and fitness improvements. All ability levels will work at their own pace using variety of exercise styles including, bodyweight conditioning, strength and agility work. Animal Flow 45 = 45 minutes / Animal Flow 30 = 30 minutes
Cardio Strength Circuits
Change up your routine with this 60m Cardio Strength Circuit class. "Pick Your Own" Cardio mixed with a variety of Strength exercises to kickstart your workout while having fun! All levels welcome!
Cycle
An exciting indoor group cycling workout that also incorporates core functional training. The skills emphasized are consistent energy usage by riding along with maximum fat burning, cycling efficiency and mental focus. Towel and water bottle are a must!
Cycle 30 = 30 minutes / Cycle 45 = 45 minutes / Cycle 60 = 60 minutes

Cycle Core / Plus
Cycling intervals and core training on and off the bike! Focusing on form and function to keep you working for a solid 45/60 minutes followed by a well earned stretch!
FIT Barre
An athletic approach to using the barre for resistance and to provide balance and stability. A dynamic total body workout using isometrics to help increase strength and flexibility without putting too much stress on the joints, Light dumbbells, sponge balls and body weights are used to strengthen core, arms, upper and lower body. All levels welcome.
FORZA Fit
Integrates functional core movements, strength training and high intensity intervals. Body changing results. All fitness levels welcome.
Indo-Row 30
This 30 minute class captures all the elements of competitive, on-water rowing. The Indo-Row™ Machine uses 17-liter of water to give you the constant resistance similar to being on a boat. Great for injury prevention, rehab and runners because it is low impact on the joints and offers a cross training alternative to other activities. Easy to learn “Skills and Drills” to “Waves and Recoveries,” and the final build up to a friendly but competitive “Race.” Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
Movement 45
This 45 minute class, focuses on training balance, strength and movement with progressive and adaptable exercises which leads to more intuitive and intelligent muscles, giving you significant health and fitness improvements. All ability levels will work at their own pace using variety of exercise styles including, bodyweight conditioning, strength and agility work.

Pilates Barre
A blend of ballet barre moves with the standard core workout of mat Pilates creating a fun, fast paced but graceful balance of strength and flexibility. This class will target a wide range of muscle groups, focusing on control while utilizing a wooden bar, bands and balls to provide balance, support and challenging resistance points. All levels welcome.
Restore
Restore your body by focusing on actively releasing and restoring muscle length. This class incorporates mobility movements that focus on moving with full range of motion. Opening the front body, strengthening the back body and working rotation - all focused on giving your body the opportunity to stretch and restore.
Stick Mobility 45
Stick Mobility is a training system that improves your flexibility, strength, and coordination. The system combines joint mobilization, strength training, and active stretching to increase athletic performance, reduce risk of injury, and accelerate recovery. The exercises use our custom-designed Training Sticks as tools to improve range of motion, muscle activation, coordination, and body awareness to build a strong foundation for better movement. This 45 minute class is open to all levels!
TRX // Suspension Training
TRX Suspension Training makes gravity your resistance, so adjusting the level of difficulty is as easy as moving your hands or feet, and progression is limitless. Improve mobility, flexibility, strength, endurance, power, core strength, and heart health. For all levels from beginner to the experienced athlete.
TRX // Movement 45
A 45 minute class, combining TRX Suspension Training and Animal Flow! Jam packed with strength training, body weight training and mobility work!
TRX // Row 45
This 45 minute class is a blend of strength and mobility work on the TRX Suspension Trainer, mixed Animal Flow and cardio blasts on the Indo-Row water rowing machines! Working at your own pace, we will focus on strength, flexibility, core and cardio training. Sign up ahead to reserve your spot! All levels welcome!
