A Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Strength and Conditioning Association, a Certified Ignite360 Trainer, a Trainer through the Russian Kettlebell Challenge (RKC) and the World Kettlebell Club (WKC), Progressive Calisthenics Coach (bodyweight training), and TRX Certified Coach. Over the last 12 years, George has been a successful varsity track and field coach, working with athletes to reach district and state championships. He is trained in the art of Jeet Kune Do (JKD) and recently started his new athletic adventure in Parkour.

Amy is a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Strength and Conditioning Association. As a Black Ranked TRX Certified Coach, she has dedicated many hours to training on the Suspension Trainer through courses: STC, GTC, AGTC, Team Camps, Sports Medicine and Cardio Tennis.  She is also trained to teach Indo-Row®, is a Level 3 Spinning Instructor, a Certified Ignite360 Trainer, and Certified through the World Kettlebell Club (WKC). After many years in the equestrian industry, her passion for exercise drew her to the world of fitness. She is currently working on her Sports Nutrition Certification.



Lori has 36 years experience in the fitness industry. While studying physical education in college the fitness boom was at it’s beginning. Lori holds several certifications in group fitness, athletic coaching and personal training. She was former President of The Body Workshop, Inc.  Lori is dedicated to community service and chairs events for the “Miles of Hope” Breast Cancer Foundation, St. Judes Children’s Hospital, JDRF, AHA and is on the board of the Ryan McElroy Children’s Cancer Foundation and the  Mid Hudson Road Runner’s CLub.  She is a triathlete, marathon runner and cyclist. Lori is mom to 4 daughters and 2 step sons.


Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology and has been a nationally certified athletic trainer for 25 years. As a certified personal trainer through NASM, she has worked closely with athletes of all ages from middle/high school all the way up to and including the professional level. She is also a certified Spinning Instructor,  trained in TRX Suspension Training (GSTC) and certificated in Integrated Stretching.

Sarah Long has been a certified personal trainer though the National Academy of Sports Medicine for the last 18 years. More recently, she has found her niche in the industry becoming a NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist.  She enjoys working with athletes, special populations, seniors, prenatal, children and all fitness enthusiasts.  Through corrective exercise she strives to rebalance the muscles in the body and promote overall total body strength. She is also a TRX Suspension Coach, NASM Flexibility and Mobility Coach, and certified in Pilates, Barre, and Spinning.  Sarah brings her comprehensive knowledge and creativity to her many group fitness classes and when working privately with clients. More recently, she is working to obtain the Performance Enhancement Specialist Certification through National Academy of Sports Medicine increasing her knowledge to program for sport specific training.   In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, running, cooking, and being outdoors in nature with her two dogs.
