A Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Strength and Conditioning Association, a Certified Ignite360 Trainer, a Trainer through the Russian Kettlebell Challenge (RKC) and the World Kettlebell Club (WKC), Progressive Calisthenics Coach (bodyweight training), and TRX Certified Coach. Over the last 12 years, George has been a successful varsity track and field coach, working with athletes to reach district and state championships. He is trained in the art of Jeet Kune Do (JKD) and recently started his new athletic adventure in Parkour.

After many years in the equestrian industry, her passion for exercise drew her to the world of fitness. She is currently working on her Sports Nutrition Certification.
Lori has 36 years experience in the fitness industry. While studying physical education in college the fitness boom was at it’s beginning. Lori holds several certifications in group fitness, athletic coaching and personal training. She was former President of The Body Workshop, Inc. Lori is dedicated to community service and chairs events for the “Miles of Hope” Breast Cancer Foundation, St. Judes Children’s Hospital, JDRF, AHA and is on the board of the Ryan McElroy Children’s Cancer Foundation and the Mid Hudson Road Runner’s CLub. She is a triathlete, marathon runner and cyclist. Lori is mom to 4 daughters and 2 step sons.
Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology and has been a nationally certified athletic trainer for 25 years. As a certified personal trainer through NASM, she has worked closely with athletes of all ages from middle/high school all the way up to and including the professional level. She is also a certified Spinning Instructor, trained in TRX Suspension Training (GSTC) and certificated in Integrated Stretching.
Sarah, a marathon runner, has been certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and has been in the fitness industry for 10 years. Certified in Pilates, Spinning, Integrated Stretching and trained in TRX Suspension Training (GSTC). She also holds a special populations certification focusing on training children, seniors and prenatal women.
Brian has been studying the Martial arts and energy arts for over twenty years. He is a New York State Licensed Acupuncturist and Massage therapist since 2001. He has studied both in United States and China. Some of his teachers include: Sensei Tony Zeno, Sifu David Yee, T.K Shih, Ken Kobayashi and Tom Bisio. He is a certified Tai Chi Chuan and Bagua Zhang instructor and a disciple under Master Frank Allen and Tina Zhang of the Wu Tang P.C.A. Brian has been to Beijing to study with renowned Grandmaster Liu Jing Ru and Li Bing Ci. He wishes to teach and spread authentic classical Cheng style Bagua Zhang and Northern Wu Tai Chi Chuan.

A Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), who received her 200 hour teaching certification from Satya Yoga in 2007. She takes the time to understand the needs and levels of experience of each of her students. By offering modifications, her classes are accessible for the beginner, while allowing more seasoned students the chance to deepen their practice.
Kevin began his education as a massage therapist while also working on the Respiratory Care unit at Vassar Brothers Medical Center. With over 10 years of massage therapy experience, he continues to research and expand his knowledge and understanding of massage therapy and to approach each individual specific to their therapeutic needs. His current concentrations are on chronic and acute stress relief and pain management, corrective deep tissue massage, sports injuries, and sports massage. He offers his services in Forza’s special treatment room or in the comfort of your home.
Michael has been training in the martial arts since 1979 and holds black belts in two Japanese styles of karate; Okinawa Kenpo and Kyokushinkai (Oyama Karate). He has also studied Chinese Kung Fu (Fu Jow Pai) and Iaido (Japanese Sword Drawing). For over 25 years, Michael has competed in full contact fighting, placing within the top 3 in all matches. Besides competing himself, he has also trained other full contact fighters and various athletes over the years, and continues to so within group classes and private sessions. Michael also owned and operated his own karate school for over 10 years before going back to becoming solely a student once again. He continues to train under his teacher till this day, and keeps very loyal to the Oyama Karate Organization. Michael is a Certified Progressive Calisthenics Instructor, practices yoga, and regularly trains in gymnastic conditioning, Cold Thermogenesis and breathing practices. He has written numerous fitness articles, runs lectures to large groups regarding the importance of exercise, movement and nutrition, and has been featured in podcasts , magazine and radio interviews. He is also actively involved in many charity functions, such as Alzhiemer’s Association and Special Olympics.
Dr. Rinaldi is a graduate of the National University of Health Sciences, prior to that he received his bachelors in Biology from Kalamazoo College where he played tennis, competing in the NCAA division III national tournament. During his postgraduate studies Dr. Rinaldi became certified in ART, a patented, state of the art soft tissue system/movement based massage technique that treats problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves. Headaches, back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, shin splints, shoulder pain, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, knee problems, and tennis elbow are just a few of the many conditions that can be resolved quickly and permanently with ART. These conditions all have one important thing in common: they are often a result of overused muscles.
Adrienne is a native of the Hudson Valley and a retired professional classical ballet dancer. Beginning her career in 1997 she was fortunate to travel the country dancing with many world-renowned companies. She began practicing yoga early on in her career and after retiring in 2011 she made the obvious transition into leading yoga classes. Upon completion of the Yoga Teacher Training program with Michael Stein of Ashtanga Yoga of New Paltz (now YogAlive) she began teaching for Michael. Adrienne currently teaches around the Hudson Valley, is certified to teach Zumba, is a Reiki practitioner and is also becoming certified to lead Bellyfit classes. In her classes you will find the incorporation of a graceful flow with the strength and structure of an Ashtanga based Vinyasa class.
